Our experienced customer service personnels will keep track on your left belongings. Any unidentified / unreported left items will be kept in our depot where the taxi originates.

 

List of Unclaimed Left Belongings - Feb 2010 (Bahasa Indonesia)

 

Our policies regarding unidentified / unclaimed left belongings :     

●     For safety reasons, all bags or packaged will be opened for inspection before we keep the item at our depo. We apologize if this cause        

      inconvenience for some customer.

●    Fresh food / drink / fruit will be confiscated after the taxi returns to its depot.

●    Any preserved food / fruit will be confiscated within 30 days (depending on the expiration date).

●    Any other item, will be kept for the duration of 30 days.

 

Our policies regarding identified / claimed left belongings :

●    Your items can be picked up at the depot where the taxi originates.

●    Complimentary delivery of claimed items can be provided  within 5  working days.

●    Complimentary delivery of claimed items for our regular / credit voucher customers can be provided within 24 hours.

●    Charged delivery (based on the taxi's argometer fare from depot to specied address) will be provided when you need the item in less      

       than 5   working days.
